`This is a new project titled biplaneBannerAnimation

Create a single HTML page ready to be displayed by a live server.

Display a colorful cartoon style animation depicting bi-plane pulling a
advertisement banner low in the sky above the ocean and sandy beach of a
popular east coast beach town on a holiday weekend.

A text input widget allows a single line of text a be entered.

The text is displayed on the banner.

The animation loops continuously.

Animation stops when user clicks the bi-plane.

A second click on the bi-plane resumes the animation.

The animated bi-plane and advertisement banner are located in the upper half of the  display.

The lower half is the depiction the honky-tonk board walk, including carnival
rides, hot dog and cotton candy stands.

The display has a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels.

The animated biplane and banner emerge from  the left into full view then disappears to the right.

Initial default text: "Display Your Message Here."

A slider widget controls the  animation speed.

A button widget labeled "export" is clicked one  full loop of the  animation is output to a movie file.

The output movie file is compatible with 3DHologramFan,18.1inch HologramFan with
Remote/Bluetooth/WIFI/700 Video Library,Missyou Holographic Fan with HD LED
2000 * 1444PX Resolution Picture Fan Spinner.

Modify  biplaneBannerAnimation_v2.html,   if  environment variable BANNER_SAYS   is defined, use    it   for  the initial default message.
